 COVID-19 SME Tracker
 A Year in Review

Originally Aired: Friday, April 30, 2021 10:00 AM AEST

It's been a year since we launched the COVID-19 SME Tracker, in partnership with TEG Insights, to understand the impact of COVID-19 on small and medium enterprises. The tracker monitors how business decision makers are coping with the seismic effects of COVID-19 and adapting to the new business reality.

At the end of March we were concerned that 54% of SMEs were still reporting lower revenues than pre-COVID, with the average SME turnover down 17%, despite signs of recovery in the economy.

Join the discussion to see if the relative stability at the beginning of March has lifted SME revenues or if there is still a certain level of pessimism about the future.

James Organ and Steve Nuttall at Fifth Quadrant & ACA Research will be your guides as they interpret the latest key insights and implications from the Tracker, uncover how SMEs are navigating their way out of this crisis, and consider the broader economic impacts.

Watch this webinar to learn:

  • The likelihood of SME decision makers getting vaccinated and encouraging their employees to do so
  • How the pandemic continues to impact SME revenues
  • How satisfied SMEs are with the Federal Government's response to the pandemic, stimulus and support measures
  • Impact of COVID-19 on job roles and security following the end of JobKeeper
