2026 Australian Corporate Fleet Insights Report
The fifth edition of the Corporate Fleet Insights Report examines the priorities, behaviours and future plans of Australian organisations operating 20 or more vehicles.
The report shows that corporate fleets are focused on reducing running costs and improving service delivery, while hybrid ownership continues to grow faster than pure EV adoption. It also explores technology use, fleet safety, vehicle acquisition and disposal, finance, and changing relationships with fleet management organisations.

The fifth edition of the Small Fleet Insights Report provides a detailed view of Australian businesses operating between 1-19 vehicles.
The report highlights the growing pressure of running costs, increased interest in hybrid vehicles and the continued need for simple, practical fleet solutions. It also examines technology adoption, safety policies, vehicle replacement, finance and the evolving role of fleet management providers.
